Quran
Students are taught to recite the Holy Qur’an with correct pronunciation and tajweed. They are encouraged to build a spiritual connection with Allah through memorisation, reflection on meanings, and understanding the message of the Qur’an based on authentic teachings passed down from the Prophet’s family (Ahlul Bayt).
Aqaed (Beliefs)
This subject covers the foundational principles of faith: belief in the Oneness of Allah, divine justice, prophethood, divinely guided leadership (Imamah), and the Day of Judgement. Lessons are designed to help students understand and strengthen their beliefs through authentic sources and teachings.
Fiqh and Ahkam (Jurisprudence and Daily Rulings)
Students learn essential religious practices including purity (taharah), prayer, fasting, charity, and appropriate behaviour in daily life. Rulings are taught according to authentic jurisprudential sources, and students are guided on how to follow a religious scholar (marja‘) in matters of worship and conduct.
Islamic History
Students explore the lives of the Prophets and the family of the Prophet (Ahlul Bayt), including key historical events. Lessons aim to build identity, love for the Prophet’s family, and an understanding of how their legacy continues to guide us today.
Akhlaq (Manners and Ethics)
This subject helps students develop good character based on the teachings of the Prophet and his family. Values such as kindness, honesty, patience, humility, and responsibility are taught through stories, sayings, and examples, encouraging students to reflect these virtues in their daily lives.
Islamic Celebrations and Commemorations
Students take part in commemorating important occasions including the births and martyrdoms of the Prophet and his family, Eid celebrations, and significant nights such as the Nights of Qadr. These events deepen students’ spiritual connection and help them understand the importance of remembrance, gratitude, and unity.
